It all started on March 4, 1988.

A check was written for $100.00 deposit on a parcel of land in Amherst, NY. After a lengthy town rezoning battle, the Hirsch family opened the doors on September 20, 1993 to what is now home to a 5+ acre complex serving thousands of community members every week.

In 2026, property was also acquired in East Aurora, NY that now adds another commercial building on 1.6 acres to the portfolio.
